Standard price

₹1,999 a month.

GST

No GST is charged. The prices on this page are the full amount a practice pays.

Founder offer

₹1,199 a month, paid quarterly: ₹3,597 every three months. This is for the first practices to join while CoachKeep opens in India.

No lock-in

• There is no lock-in contract. Cancel any time.
• A practice can export its data whenever it wants, including after deciding to leave.

Team seats

Up to 3 team seats are included, for example the coach plus two receptionists or counsellors. The price is for the practice, not per user.

Calls

The calling queue works with the coach's own mobile SIM: tapping a number opens the phone's dialer, and the outcome is saved in two taps. There is no VoIP, no virtual number and no calling charge from CoachKeep.

What is included

Everything on the features page: Today, leads and pipeline, the calling queue (works with the coach's own mobile SIM; no VoIP or calling charges from CoachKeep), bookings and the booking page, Zoom meetings, the website form and calendar, the team mailbox, email campaigns (5,000 emails a month by default), invoices with GST, part payments and instalments, imports and exports, roles and permissions for up to 3 team seats, and support from the founder on WhatsApp.
